Rates
Hourly rate
The hourly rate is a maximum of €65,- excl. VAT, depending on the number of hours per week. Smart Assists can be deployed from 1 hour per week. Contact us to discuss your specific wishes!
Project
For temporary or ongoing projects such as maternity leave cover or fixed-hour contracts, discounted rates apply. This guarantees my availability and offers you a better price.

Isn’t an assistant expensive?
That depends on how you look at it.
If your hourly rate is €95 and mine is €65, then it’s often smarter to delegate certain tasks to me. It frees up your time to focus on what you do best — and what earns you more.
Example:
You land a project worth €950 that normally takes you 10 hours to complete. But the project includes a lot of side tasks: scheduling appointments, making calls, handling admin, emails, and so on.
→ You handle the core of the project in 3 hours
→ I take care of the remaining 7 hours at €65 per hour
→ Total cost: €455
→ Your net profit: €495
→ Your effective hourly rate jumps from €95 to over €165 per hour
By delegating tasks, you free up time and increase your profits, allowing you to invest that time elsewhere. If your hourly rate is higher than mine, hiring a VA or PA becomes advantageous.
